ISS-Politication

Politication is a safety term for user account and intellectual property protection. All accounts and content are subject to Politication standards to ensure security and privacy across SkunkPlatform.

Account Safety

• Strong password and authentication policies.
• Protection from unauthorized access or manipulation.
• Immediate action upon detection of suspicious activities.

Intellectual Property Safety

• All user-generated content is owned by the creator unless otherwise stated.
• No unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of intellectual property.
• Automatic copyright protection for uploaded content.

Moderation

All participating websites and communities agree to implement SkunkPlatform’s moderation guidelines:

• Fair and transparent moderation actions.
• Protection against harassment, spam, and malicious content.
• Moderation logs are securely stored and reviewed regularly.
• Appeal processes are available for disputed moderation actions.

Developer Integration

Developers can create custom “Skunk Intellectual” pages for their sites, referencing the ISS and applying site-specific rules. Each Skunk Intellectual must:

• Link to this ISS page for core safety policies.
• Clearly state any additional, site-specific safety or intellectual property rules.
• Not conflict with SkunkPlatform’s base ISS terms.

Example:
“Before using [Site], you must accept SkunkPlatform’s ISS and our [Site] Skunk Intellectual.”

Updates and Amendments

SkunkPlatform may update these ISS terms at any time. Sites using this framework must review and adopt changes to remain compliant. Notices of significant updates will be posted on this page.

ISS-SkunkUse

SkunkUse is a dedicated part of SkunkPlatform’s ISS, designed specifically to protect user messages and ensure overall platform security—especially for messaging features like Yellow Skunk Chat.

SkunkUse enforces the secure handling of all user messages and communications. If a user violates the Skunk Intellectual or any part of the ISS, consequences may include (but are not limited to): account moderation, account suspension, account deactivation, account deletion, message content removal, or a permanent account ban.

SkunkUse ensures that all message data remains private, secure, and compliant with our safety standards. Moderation actions are strictly enforced to protect the safety and integrity of our users and platform.
